Pick a storyline that you like, and think of a way to enter it.
Maybe your character is wandering along the streets and spys something interesting happening. Maybe he's lurking in an alleyway or getting off a bus.
There aren't many Players who will frown on a new character entering their SL, so long as you don't do something disruptive. If you make sure your entrance is believable, any way is the best way.

fuega are you at night by any chace (he sticks out during the day whe he uses his powers) and I figure I should have him apear from lurki slowly... but will o read.
Well, presumably he would be lurking around, then would decide to break in to commit robbery or something, the house looks dark from outside, just the tv on. Maybe he is a member of the Amber Fan Club, papparizi or some such. In the final analysis, your character has to be somewhere so people can post with you, this is merely one choice of a place to start.
aye and in truth it would be easy enough to show up at your place as a employee of yur familys... in his none super identity he is a bodygaurd *laughs*
And a thief but in that he'd ever interact with Amber.
