Sandwiched between Downtown and The Harbour, The East End is now the roughest part of Megatropolis, centred on the often near-lawless Back Alleys. The 12th District Police Station stands as a last beacon of slowly corrupting law and order, the dumping ground for cops the rest of the precincts can’t get rid of any other way. Those who can have either moved away or been gratefully swallowed into an expanding Downtown district. A mugging or worse is a near certainty for the unwary visitor.
