The Harbour
A district of two halves: The harbour is a centre of international trade, so many a vessel docks here from all over the world. There are many large dull grey warehouses near the docks and a few seedy bars scattered between, stretching back from the cost on the north-side harbour to run into the East End. This is a rough neighbourhood, frequented by snitches, hoodlums, sailors, bikers, drunks and private detectives.
Away from the industrial docks and warehouses tourist seeking regeneration has led to much of the district being cleaned up, and a much increased police presence. The worst criminal elements have been inadvertently pushed back into the East End..
